Darrin Doyle was raised in Kalamazoo and attended Western Michigan University. He is currently teaching in Mt. Pleasant at Central Michigan University. He has published two novels, Revenge of the Teacher's Pet, A Love Story and The Girl Who Ate Kalamazoo, in which he "paints a captivating portrait of the all-American family—if the all-American family’s youngest child ate an entire city in Michigan with a smile, that is." |
